These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the products offered by Ion Echo, LLC ("Ion Echo", "we", "us"), including WannaGo (wannago.vip) and our other web, browser, and mobile tools (each, a "Service"). By using a Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Services

Most of our Services are free, and many are open source. One product, OpenPOC, offers an optional paid tier; where a Service includes paid features, any additional purchase terms are presented at the point of purchase. We may add, change, or discontinue Services over time.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to misuse them, including by interfering with their operation, attempting unauthorized access, or using them to send unlawful, harassing, or unsolicited messages to others. You are responsible for the content you create and for the people you choose to invite or contact through a Service.

SMS notifications

Where a Service offers SMS notifications (currently WannaGo), they are strictly opt-in and confirmed by a one-time verification reply. Messages are transactional, not marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how mobile information is handled.

No warranty

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ion Echo, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of a Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Ion Echo, LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
