This Privacy Policy explains how Ion Echo, LLC ("Ion Echo", "we", "us") handles information across our products, including WannaGo (wannago.vip) and our other web, browser, and mobile tools. Our approach is the same for every product: collect only what the product needs to work, show no ads, never sell your data, and never share it beyond the minimum required to provide the product you are using. We also keep products separate - we do not combine your data across products or share it from one product with another.

What we collect

What we collect depends on the product and on features you choose to use. It may include:

  • Account identifiers you provide or authorize, such as an email address when you sign in.
  • A display name, if a product uses one or your sign-in provider supplies it.
  • A mobile phone number, only if you choose to add one for SMS notifications.
  • Content you create within a product (for WannaGo, that is the events you create, invites you send or receive, and your responses and private notes).

How we use it

We use your information solely to operate the product you are using: to sign you in, to store and display your content, and, if you opt in, to send you notifications by email or SMS. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

SMS and mobile information

SMS notifications (currently offered through WannaGo) are strictly opt-in. You add your own mobile number in Account Settings and confirm it by replying YES to a one-time verification text before any notifications are sent. Messages are transactional (event invitations, responses, confirmations, and reminders); we do not send marketing text messages. Message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help.

Your mobile number and your SMS consent are used only to deliver these notifications. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in with any third party, and mobile information is never shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data is not shared with any third party.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to operate our products (for example, hosting, sign-in, mapping, email, and SMS delivery). We share with them only the minimum information necessary for them to provide their service to us (for instance, a message and destination number are passed to our SMS provider so a text can be delivered). These providers are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Data retention and your choices

We keep your information only for as long as needed to provide the product. You can update your details in a product's settings, opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, and request deletion of your account and associated data.

Children

Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
