SMS Terms

Last updated: July 17, 2026

These terms describe the SMS text-message program operated by Ion Echo, LLC through WannaGo (wannago.vip), our free event-planning tool. SMS is the only text-message program Ion Echo, LLC operates, and it is available only through WannaGo.

Program description

WannaGo sends transactional notifications about events you create or are invited to. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Message types include:

  • An invitation when someone adds you to an event.
  • An update when someone responds Yes, No, or Maybe to your event.
  • A confirmation when an event is confirmed.
  • A reminder to respond to an event.
  • A one-time verification message when you first opt in.

How to opt in

SMS is strictly opt-in. In WannaGo Account Settings you add your own mobile number and enable SMS notifications; the consent checkbox links to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. WannaGo then sends a one-time verification text, and notifications begin only after you reply YES to confirm.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your event activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all further messages (we also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT). Reply HELP for help (we also honor INFO). To re-subscribe later, reply START or YES.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile number and SMS opt-in are used only to deliver these notifications. Mobile information is never shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data is not shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy.
